Dockets

We are posting dockets (a list of all the relevant documents in a proceeding) here for member education and transparency. Many of these proceedings have only the final result – if anything – posted publicly. We are committed to posting what we can of our documents from start to finish so union members can see how we fight the cases we represent members in. 

Where a case pertains to one or more individuals, we will redact the names and if the circumstances are unique or easily identifiable, we will only post the documents with the affected individual's permission.
